How long is the exchange/return period?
In the event that you wish to exchange the product, it must be from the date and time of receiving the product within seven days, and in the event that you wish to return the product, it must be from the date of receiving the product within three days
When can I exchange the product and how do I pay for return shipping?
The product must be in its original condition, without any scratches, and the cover on the product has not been removed, which gives you the full right to replace the product with another product within only seven days from the date and time of receiving the order, and shipping fees will be charged from 40 to 80 riyals depending on the cost
When will the replaced product be shipped back?
Your replaced product will be re-shipped after receiving the product you want to replace, after which a new invoice will be issued for the replaced products.
When can I return the product and how do I get the refund?
The customer has the right to return the product provided that the product is in its original condition (unused) and does not have any scratches and the cover has not been removed from the product within three days from the date and time of receiving the customer’s request for the product. Inform the store as soon as the order arrives. If the product is intact and the customer wants to return the product, the shipping fee will be deducted from 40 to 80 riyals according to the cost from the total order, and then the amount will be refunded after the arrival of the product and ensuring its safety, and it takes ten working days to return the amounts to the customer’s bank account.

One year free maintenance for the customer
What do I do if I have a shipment that has been paid for, but I cannot receive it and the shipment has been returned to the Romance store?
The customer communicates with the store via WhatsApp to request that the product be recharged again, and the customer will be asked to transfer the amount by bank transfer for the shipping fees and costs determined in the Romance store only, and therefore in order to recharge the order again to the customer.
What are the procedures in case the customer wishes to amend the request?
The customer is allowed to modify or cancel the order only if the status of the request is pending review. Otherwise, the customer bears the responsibility not to change it before that, as well as bear the costs of shipping the order in the event that it is not received or returned after the order has been shipped.
What are the procedures if the product is not available?
In the event that the required products are not available, the store has the right to modify the order and notify the customer of that. In this case, the customer has the right to accept or return the order and refund the order amount in the case of prepayment.
What are the shipping charges for broken, damaged or maintenance orders?
The customer has the right not to pay any cost fees if the product is delivered to the customer immediately after receiving it, but if the product is with the customer and exceeds a week, the estimated shipping fee of 40 riyals will be calculated
